KEF Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they are:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Customized or sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Shipping: Include a copy of your receipt and ship it to the following address:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
